New model of the Shimano Sahara R rear clutch with Fightin'Drag system i.e. the mythical quick-adjust combat clutch designed by Shimano to quickly modulate the clutch load, a real guarantee in fighting with fine lines. The Sahara R is a mid-range rear clutch reel with a cosmetic that highlights the qualities of Shimano products. It is a reel that immediately jumps to the eye of the attentive fisherman, thanks to the gold and platinum paints. The Sahara uses a multi-disc rear clutch that guarantees fluidity and progressiveness, Fightin'Drag for precise adjustment in combat phase. To this we add 3 shielded ball bearings and a roller bearing. Cold forged aluminum spool with AR-C suitable for use with nylon and braiding. The Sahara R is available in both single and double crank versions, in a range from size 1000 to 4000. For English fishing, a quick recovery 3000 version is also available (6.2:1) The Sahara R is a versatile reel that covers different freshwater fishing needs.
