The Gewindelehrring should screw onto the thread of the workpiece by hand, without excessive force, over its entire length. If this is not possible, the thread does not meet the desired standards (rejected). The reference temperature for the workpieces and gauges is 20°C. Upon request, VÖLKEL can provide a factory calibration certificate (price on inquiry). Calibration is performed in an independent laboratory, following the specified standards and norms (DIN, ISO, ANSI), using IAC-Gewindescanner.
- Manual Threading Test: The Gewindelehrring should screw onto the Werkstück's thread smoothly by hand, without excessive force
- Thread Quality Check: If the Gewindelehrring cannot be screwed on, the Werkstück's thread may not meet the required standards (Ausschuss)
- Reference Temperature: Werkstücke and Lehren are calibrated at a reference temperature of 20°C
- Calibration Services: VÖLKEL offers on-request Werkskalibrierschein. Calibration is performed in an independent lab following DIN, ISO, ANSI standards on IAC-Gewindescanner
