Avoid excessive side-loading or unbalanced abrasives to prevent bending or breaking. Inspect mandrel regularly, discard if bent. With cartridge roll abrasives, let the abrasive do the work, avoid excessive pressure. For larger rolls (3/4" and above), reduce RPM to 12,000 max. Replace any delaminated or imbalanced cartridge roll.
