Simply refill the wood shaving groove as needed and store the included wood shaving container out of the way. Directions: Simply fill the burn chamber with a pinch or two of wood shavings, light the shavings with a quality butane torch lighter (Not Included) and burn until the desired amount of smoke is infused into the cocktail glass. Cover the smoker with the Walnut Inlay Coaster/Lid for 10-30 seconds or as long as you desire, then remove the lid and use it as a coaster to display and enjoy your cocktail! The Copita Smoker will provide many smoke sessions! It's all dependent on the type of use, length of burn times, and maintainence. The burn chamber area will burn after each use and will char over time. As long as the wood stays in tack, the smoker will continue to smoke your cocktails. Quality butane lighters are available on Amazon. Maintanence; simply use a damp cloth to clean, do not soak in water. On occasion apply a thin layer of Mineral/Butcher Block oil to feed and refresh the wood. The smoke chamber will sit inside the glass 3/4" from the top. Allow enough ice-space for the smoke chamber. Will work on glassware with 1.75"- 4" openings. Your guests will be impressed with both the smoke-show and the cocktail.. So be ready for repeated requests of "I'll have another"!! ENJOY!
