This material is crafted from 100% expanded PTFE, using a unique process that creates a uniform, unidirectional fiber structure. TEADIT 24B flat gaskets, with the properties of expanded PTFE products, are excellent for sealing distillation columns, tanks, and fragile flanges (glass, fiberglass, ceramic, graphite, cast aluminum, PVC, and PRFV, among other synthetics). It easily adapts to any type of flanged joint, even irregular, old, or worn ones, and can be applied under severe service conditions, particularly with chemically aggressive fluids.
